Ball Valve

Sanco offers you various range of industrial valves for all your process handling needs. Ball valves are not designed for throttling service. Prolonged use in the partially open position will generally damage seating surfaces. Sanco Ball valves are available with a number of wedge configurations (solid, flexible and split) to best meet the specific service conditions. Sanco Ball valves normally are handwheel operated, but are also available with gearing, electric motor actuators, or cylinder (pneumatic or hydraulic) actuators for remote operation. See Actuators and Accessories section for more detail.

Ball Valve – 150 Class

These full bore Sanco Ball Valves meet the high quality requirements and technical safety standards of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, but also for energy applications on media (gases, fluids, steam, etc) where carbon steel or austenitic steel materials are requested.

Ball Valve – 300 Class

The standard, circular bonnet joint is the simplest and most economical configuration for low pressure services. The male and female joint confines the gasket O.D. and I.D. Our standard gasket is corrugated metal, but flat gaskets of other materials are available when specified.

Ball Valves – 600 Class

The standard, circular bonnet joint is the simplest and most economical configuration for low pressure services. The male and female joint confines the gasket O.D. and I.D. Our standard gasket is corrugated metal, but flat gaskets of other materials are available when specified.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly Valve

Sanco Butterfly valves are the most commonly used shutoff valve in the industry today. They are used where minimum pressure drop and bi-directional on-off service is required. Gate valves are not designed for throttling service. Prolonged use in the partially open position will generally damage seating surfaces. Gate valves are available with a number of wedge configurations (solid, flexible and split) to best meet the specific service conditions.

Gate Valve – 300 Class

The circular male and female bonnet joint are self- aligning and well suited for intermediate pressure classes. Our standard gasket is spiral wound. Valves in these classes are also available with double jacketed or ring joint gaskets when specified.

Gate Valve – 600/900 Class

The circular ring joint bonnet seal has proven to be the best bolted high pressure bonnet joint available. The ring joint is self-aligning; the gasket may be reused unless it is physically damaged. Valves in these classes are also available with spiral wound gasket bonnet joints when specified.

Gate Valve – 150 Class

The standard, flat, oval bonnet joint is the simplest and most economical configuration for low pressure services and is required to maintain ANSI face-to-face dimensions on Class 150 valves sizes 4″-36″. Our standard gasket is corrugated metal, but flat gaskets of other materials are available when specified. 11/2″ thru 3″ valves are furnished with a circular male and female bonnet joint and spiral wound gasket.
